We are currently unable to deliver any parcels into Italy or Croatia and our service to France is still delivering but unable to deliver on a Wednesday or Friday.
Slim & Save are still fully operational and achieving same day dispatch on all orders.
In light of the current Coronavirus situation DPD may leave your parcel safe or with a neighbour even if you have not selected this option. By placing your order you are accepting this procedure.
In light of the growing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure customers we are especially attentive to new developments and want to convey our utmost diligence during this uncertain time.
You can be confident that all our suppliers are exacting all necessary actions of a high standard concerning health and safety guidelines in terms of hygiene rules and regulations.

Like the rest of the UK, we are monitoring the situation closely and thoroughly adhere to all the advice given to protect our customers and staff.
We are pleased to be able to confirm we carry a large volume of stock at this time of year with little fear of selling out even with the high volume of orders we are experiencing at this time. We do not believe we will encounter any issues with 90% of our product range throughout this pandemic. However, we are still reliant on having fit and able staff to process orders and courier companies operational to deliver to customers.
We have spoken to Royal Mail, DPD and UPS to try to establish their contingency and intentions throughout this crisis and, providing the government do not shut down delivery networks we feel we can fulfil our customers' orders as planned. With that said, we still feel there is a lot of uncertainty at this time and if you had intended to place an order in the coming weeks it may be wise to do so sooner rather than later, in case the country goes on lockdown for what they class as “non-essential” businesses.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but hope you understand why we have made this decision in light of the increased risk every day, and concern for the well being of staff and customers alike.
