How much water should I be drinking?

Water is an essential part of health, and drinking enough water whilst dieting is essential.

Although the general guidance to how much you should drink is two to three litres per day, we have created a tool to provide a more accurate guide based on body weight. The NHS recommend that you should drink 30-35ml per kg of body weight, so here at Slim & Save we created an automated tool that will use your current weight to tell you how much you need to drink.
