Designed purely for VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diets), this meal has all of the vitamins and minerals required to keep your body healthy and functioning whilst dieting on very low calories, without standard food.

This meal is ideal for breakfast or any time of the day, and is quick and easy to prepare.

  1. Empty contents into a microwavable bowl.
  2. Stir in 110ml of water or skimmed milk.
  3. Microwave on a medium heat for 90 seconds, remove whisk/stir.
  4. Microwave for a further 60 seconds (microwave times vary).
  5. Remove from microwave and let stand 2 or 3 minutes before consuming.
  6. Consume within 10 minutes.

For saucepan cooking simmer for 3 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
