Preparation is easy!

  1. Add the contents of the sachet to 150mls of cold water.
  2. Whisk well to get air into mix, and until fully dissolved.
  3. In a bowl, microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Stir with a fork or whisk to break up.
  5. Microwave for further 90secs.
  6. Stir with a fork or whisk again to break up.
  7. For best results leave to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
