Spicy Spag with Red & Green Chillies

A spicy alternative to the old classic gives a lovely twist to this pasta dish. Perfect for those who like a bit of heat with their pasta and perfect at only 143 calories.  

Designed purely for VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diets) this meal has all of the required vitamins and minerals required to keep your body healthy and functioning whilst dieting on very low calories without standard food.

This meal is ideal as a lunch or evening meal and is quick and easy to prepare.

  1. Empty contents into either microwavable bowl or saucepan.
  2. Add 125 to 145ml of boiling water.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes (800w) or Heat for 5 to 6 Minutes on stove (stirring occasionally).
  4. Remove from microwave and let stand 2 or 3 minutes before consuming.
  5. If cooking in saucepan ensure pasta is cooked before removing from heat.

 

This meal can also be used as part of a Low Calorie Diet. Use it to replace one or two meals per day and watch the weight come off whilst saving money on your food bill!
