"Losing weight is about getting the balance right – using more energy (through exercise / activity) than the amount of energy consumed through food and drink. Making healthier dietary choices and increasing physical activity levels is key. However, if you have already made these changes, and not achieved a healthy weight over time, or have stopped losing weight, a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) may be for you. If your BMI is over 25, you are in good health and have tried conventional dieting without success a VLCD may be an effective method of getting your weight on track. The products are nutritionally complete, great support is offered, and the reviews speak for themselves!
If you have a lot of weight to lose VLCDs can provide quick and healthy weight loss to help you achieve your goals before you lose interest and give up. In order to maintain your new weight, you need to review your old diet and physical activity levels and make healthy changes. Simply going back to your old diet and lifestyle habits will cause the weight to come back on."
