2 Back orders
All items listed for sale are in stock and available for dispatch. We do not have any products on our website which are not in stock and ready for dispatch so we will never put your order into the status of "Back Order".
At Slim & Save Ltd security is our number one priority and as such we invest in the industries most advanced server monitoring and unbiased server reporting. Our dedicated web server is scanned daily by both Verisign and McAffe secure for signs of any spyware, mallware or server vulnerabilities. We also follow and successfully comply with PCI DSS.
All card payments are processed by SagePay which has full PCI DSS compliance and holds the highest level of server security available. At checkout once you have input your personal details you will be transferred to SagePay to make payment and complete your purchase before being returned to our website. At no time does any member of Slim & Save have access to your Credit or Debit Card details nor do we store any card details.
4. Edit your order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply call us on 01642 762252 we would suggest not using email for order changes as we process orders very quickly throughout the day. If outside of our opening hours please login to your account and in the create ticket section you can select the order that your query is regarding. This process will put a flag on your order so it is not packed prior to investigation. Then confirm in the ticket what you wish to change. If your order has already been dispatched, you are not able to modify or change your order but you will be able to return your order as per the return guidelines below. Either way we will confirm and keep you updated.
5.1 ~ Consumers: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply call us on 01642 762252 before we dispatch your order providing us with the relevant details. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning your order as explained below..
5.2 ~ If you change your mind you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. If you want to send your order back for a refund it must be returned complete with all items present in the same condition it was received, partial orders will be accepted but minus full retail price of individual products used. The cost of delivering the order will not be refunded, if delivery was free due to ordering over £100 then a charge of £5.00 will be taken prior to refund as free delivery is only available for accepted orders. To arrange returning your order call 01642 762252 or email us via your account here. Once we have approved your return you have 14 days to return the order to us. Any orders returned after 14 days of Slim & Save Ltd accepting the return will not be accepted.
5.3 ~ Any parcel which is returned through being non-deliverable or due to not being collected from a Pick-Up Point will be charged at £5.00. This fee is heavily subsidised by Slim & Save as DPD and UPS charge £15 for returning a parcel to our HQ.
5.4 ~ If you choose to have your order delivered to a "UPS Access Point Location" or "DPD Pickup Point" and you do not collect your parcel it will be automatically returned to us after 7 days. If your order is returned we will hold your parcel for up to 14 days whilst we try to arrange re-delivery with you. You will also be charged the return cost as outlined at 5.3 of £5.00.
5.5 ~ Cancellation of order whilst in transit. If you cancel your order after it has left our premises you will need to sign for and accept the delivery, then return it to us via your preferred postal method. Alternatively you may refuse the order or cancel the delivery with our support team and we will have the parcel rerouted back to our head office at a charge of £5.00.
5.6 ~ Orders placed for collection from our premises which are not collected within 10 days of the order being placed will be cancelled and refunded.
5.7 ~ Any goods returned without our authorisation will not be processed nor returned to you (unless you pay the postage).
5.8 ~ We do not offer an exchange of unwanted flavours due to Health & Safety Regulations, therefore we recommend that you buy our VLCD Taster Pack to get one of each flavour for sampling before purchasing in bulk.
5.9 ~ Slim & Save: Slim & Save Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order from the time placed up until delivery has been made, and refund the customer in full.
5.10 ~ Slim & Save: Slim & Save Ltd reserve the right to refuse orders from any individual or business entity which is deemed by Slim & Save Ltd to not be in its best interest.
6. Problems with your order
It is essential you check your order as soon as you receive it. If there are any problems such as damaged or missing items you must inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order to enable us to investigate the matter and resolve it for you.
7. Reward Points
7.1 ~ Points are accrued on orders at a rate between 3% and 15% based on membership level.
7.2 ~ Points have no monetary value.
7.3 ~ Points can not be shared with or gifted to another person.
7.4 ~ Points will expire on accounts that have not purchased within any rolling 12 month period.
7.5 ~ Delivery charges can not be paid with points, nor are points accrued on delivery charges paid by the customer.
8. Coupon redemption
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it at the checkout. Simply enter the coupon code and continue with the payment process. You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.
9. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Slim & Save Ltd require customers to check the suitability of a VLCD Programme with their Doctor prior to ordering from our website. By placing an order you are confirming that you have checked the suitability of the programme and you are in good health and approved by your Doctor to follow such a programme. Recommendations on this website or in personal consultation by phone, email, in-person, or otherwise, is at the customer's discretion and sole risk. The information offered is intended for people in good health. Anyone with medical problems of any nature should see a doctor before starting a diet or exercise program. Even if you have no known health problems, it is still required to consult your doctor/s before making major changes in your lifestyle. Staff at Slim & Save Ltd are not doctors. The advice we give is based on over 15 years of practical application, dealing with the needs of our own health and physiques as well as the needs of others. Any recommendations we may make to you regarding diet, including, supplements and herbal or nutritional treatments must be discussed between you and your doctor/s.
10. Customer Accounts
10.1 Customers may have only one account at our website, anyone with multiple accounts will have accounts merged into one.
10.2 Order history, points accrued, weight logs and meal planner logs will be automatically merged so no data will be lost.
10.3 Once we are aware a customer has multiple accounts we shall merge any older accounts with the last active account. No notice shall be given when merging accounts.
11. Delivery Policy
11.1 ~ All orders received before 4:30pm Monday through to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:30pm are dispatched the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days even though we actually work on a weekend we are not able to dispatch your order until Monday, so if you place your order after 4:30pm on a Friday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
11.2 ~ Any customer choosing to leave a parcel in a safe place does so at their own risk. Slim & Save accept no responsibility for parcels stolen if they have been requested to be left without a signature by the customer.
11.3 ~ We send parcels by Interlink, Royal Mail, DPD or UPS depending on where you live and the options you choose at checkout. We never make a profit on postage, all postage costs are always rounded down and in some cases heavily discounted to what they actually cost us.
11. VAT (Value Added Tax)
Our website is Business to Consumer, and as such we choose not to display VAT as a separate entity on our website. If you are buying for a business and have reason to reclaim the cost of any VAT (on selected items where applicable) you can contact us for a VAT receipt. We will require your valid VAT Registration number.
